Servsafe manager certification is a requirement for all restaurants and STFUs. One employee per location must hold the certification. To get certified or renew a certification, a person can take a course through MSU Extension or Michigan Restaurant Association.   • Print a certificate after viewing the modules and passing a post-test with a score of 75% or more.
