Replacement systems: Need to mark where existing system currently is and the desired location for the new system.

After you have applied and paid for your evaluation, we will give you the phone number of your sanitarian. You will be responsible for calling and setting up an appointment to come out and conduct your evaluation. Please note that soil evaluations must have a back hoe and operator on site at time of appointment.
