It is the intention of Jackson County to bid and award a Master Agreement to a contractor for 911 Phone System Maintenance.  The maintenance contract for the Airbus Vesta 7.0 call processing solution at Jackson County 911 site at 1715 Lansing Ave. Jackson, MI 49201 will be expiring.  Jackson County Central Dispatch is currently looking for a vendor with certified local agents and a proven history of support and maintenance for an Airbus Vesta 7.0 system operating at its site.

The vendor should have extensive and proven experience with the maintenance and troubleshooting of the Airbus Vesta 7.0 system as well as being able to offer support for it in its applications.
