Food License Renewals are due no later than May 1, 2017. 

The Local Health Department will send them out in the mail as soon as we receive them from the state office (estimated delivery - first week in April; we will update this news flash once they are sent out). 

If you do not receive your license in the mail by Mid-April please stop into the Jackson County Health Department - Environmental Health Division to complete the process (1715 Lansing Ave, Room 001 on Ground Floor). 

To accept your application, we will need section 5 FULLY completed and full payment of the amount due. 

Please check the rest of the application for any errors. If there are errors make the correction directly on the application.
