Thank you for your interest in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. We no longer require that people leave their information with us on a survey. We have reached a point in the Vaccination Process where we are sharing our clinic signup links publicly; When scheduling please remember the following items:
- Pfizer vaccine is a two shot series, 21 days apart and is allowed for 16 years and older
- Moderna vaccine is a two shot series, 28 days apart and is allowed for 18 years and older.
- Johnson and Johnson has been released by the CDC and FDA for use in communities again after a review of previous health concerns associated with blood clots. This is a one shot series. For more information on this vaccine and the review check out the CDC statement.
There are no JCHD Vaccine Clinics this week. Check in at a later time to see if a clinic is offered next week. You can also check www.vaccinefinder.org to find other locations in Jackson County where vaccines are being offered.
Appointments are required at all sites unless indicated. Most local pharmacies require a phone call to schedule an appointment while national chains provide a website to sign up. |
