The New MIBridges Self Service Portal is now available in a limited number of counties including Jackson County. This New MIBridges Portal will allow residents to look for resources to meet their needs in the community and connect to those agencies through a simple click of the button to send an automatic referral. Cases will be managed by a team so turning in paperwork, response times for concerns and questions and issues concerning your benefits will be responded to much more quickly.
In addition, the website is mobile friendly, you will have 24 hour access to your account, anytime, anywhere.
If you were already a MIBridges account holder, you should be able to login to the current system using your previous user name and password.
