COVID Vaccines are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays when the Imms Clinic is open (8am - 11:30am & 1pm - 4:00pm). Scheduling an appointment is preferred but not required.

Other Vaccinations
Jackson County Health Department (JCDH) offers a full array of vaccines to children, teens, and adults. Please call 788-4468 to schedule an appointment.

Immunization Records
As of August 19th, 2021, anyone 18 years or older, who has immunization records in the Michigan Care Improvement Registry (MCIR) will be able to locate their immunization record in MCIR if a record exists and matches their government issued ID (ex: MI Secretary of State Driver’s License or ID card, or USA Passport).
The immunization record from MCIR will appear as a .pdf document which can be downloaded, saved, or printed.
The portal can be found online at www.michigan.gov/immunize or at Michigan.gov/MiImmsPortal and is available on computers or smart devices.
Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program
JCHD participates with the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program that provides free childhood vaccines to eligible children. If your child is birth through 18 years they can get free VFC vaccine if they:
- Are on Medicaid
- Do not have health insurance*
- Have health insurance that does not cover vaccinations*
- Are American Indian or Alaskan Native*
JCHD also has special vaccine programs for adults 19 years and older who are uninsured or under-insured.
