Send a written request that includes the full names of the parties and the year they were married. The cost of a certified marriage record is $15.00 for the first copy, and $5.00 for each additional copy of the same. Photocopies are 50 cents per page. Please include a check or money order made payable to the Jackson County Clerk's Office, along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope for the return.
You may also email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your address to send the record as well as phone number so a clerk can call you for payment information. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Enhanced Access Fees apply.
