The Teen Pregnancy Prevention Initiative (TPPI) was established in 2006, through a partnership between the United Way of Jackson County and the Jackson County Health Department, in efforts to address, combat, and reduce the teen pregnancy rate in Jackson County. Through both a Teen and Community Advisory Committee, TPPI works to achieve its goal through school and community-based programs, activities, events, and education for both parents and youth.
