Participants that wish to speak during public comment must register using the registration link above prior to the start of the meeting and select the box indicating your intention to speak.
Participation in public comment will be granted by the host participant - Citizens whom requested to speak, will be identified by name, acknowledged by the Chair and un-muted for the maximum time allowed of 3 minutes per speaker. Participants will be muted at the 3:00 minute mark.
